I’m sorry but the Rebbe always said askir Al hatzion, I understand you’re on shlichus but they are many people on shlichus, includiny parents, and they don’t write to igros, if they have a question or in doubt they write to the ohel, or ask a asay lecho rav, not to a made up answer machine.
