Reply To: how about sending a simple mishloach manos?

I never understood the problem. If sending fancy themed Mishloach Manos makes people happy, who cares?
It doesn’t make a difference to my MM, and it shouldn’t make a difference to anyone else’s. Why do people see such a big social obligation from what some other people do? I feel people should do what they want, to a extent, and have no shame about it.
