And I am well aware that a Beis Din can force a person to get married, its in shulchan aruch, but that doesn’t mean that person can find a suitable partner.
Also, if a person isn’t married it does not mean anything is wrong with them. and if they aren’t emotionally capable of handling a relationship yet then perhaps they need time. I know people that are lucky if they are able to get out of bed in the morning (I know that might be an extreme example, but it is true), they certainly are not able to think about raising a family, regardless of how old they might be. There are many cheshbonos why a person might choose to delay getting married. They are not evil for doing so.
