Chassidim? Also, you’re right. Davening late is not just Chabad, but rather Chassidus as a whole has done away with Sof Zman Tefilla, as even Young Israel has an earlier Minyan than the Chassidim. Also, I didn’t say that you don’t learn other things, but rather that you don’t learn Mussar.
