I have a ResMed airsense 10 and after discussing with a ROV it was determined that if the machine is turned off with a timer while it is “on” it will recover in the “on” mode when turned on with a timer so he allowed me to do so. And yes he realizes that certain things are being recorded while it is on but since I was hospitalized once when I didn’t use it he feels it is a pikuach nefesh issue.
