The purpose of this thread is, how to educate these anti-vaxer children which the state is denying them access to yeshivas. If instead of education the state throw you out of your house or apartment would you expect the state to give you a similar house or apartment or are you on your own (homeless) until you can find a home. Because the only solution offered was homeschooling and keep them dumb, meaning parents are on their own.
How does this mesh with state law that requires education for anyone from 6-16. Also what about federal law such as NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND. Are these anti-vaxers not children.
The State has to provide an education alternative that is at least as good as the Yeshivas but not in a school setting. An argument can be made that since the state is denying these student a yeshiva education then the state should have to pay for religious instruction also.
