KJ ….you are entitled to your definition…most Jews use the terms interchangeably. The United States is a patchwork of land legitimately purchased from other sovereigns as well as very large areas illegally (and immorally) stolen from the indigenous tribes. Not sure anyone really cares. Reality is on the ground.
