Amil you ask a good question. I don’t have a good answer. But that is the reality.
Most girls high schools in Brooklyn teach at least some (and some all) classes exclusively in Hebrew.
Most ninth grade girls do not speak Hebrew.
Yet the tradition continues.
Why?
