you can’t call someone who supports jews an anti semite just because he supports their causes as well. It makes no sense. He doesn’t have to be a jew lover to the exclusion of all else, he has done things that support us and our causes, while also doing so for other groups. And why shouldn’t he?
You ask a good question tho about why he doesn’t defend himself or care how he appears. I think it’s because he is a baal gaiva of sorts who “knows” he’s right and doesn’t care what other’s say.
