Purim Katan we don’t say למנצח why? Every 14th Adar had the potential of becoming Purim if they decide not to be beaber we can say זה הקטן גדול יהי-ה which is said by a bris. They read the Megilla and could be meaber afterwards, so they would read the Megilla again next month.
