Muslims can’t make pilgrimages to Mecca. Christians can’t celebrate Easter – a festival of life – together. Jews have had to make pesach apart, perhaps for the first time ever. Even in the camps we were together!
It’s phenomenal who the Chinese think they are – and they must learn a lesson, through economic sanctions or the like, until they give up these markets.
For years now, many Americans (including the president himself) have been urging a reduction on our dependency on China; that we make our own goods once again, from cars to hospital gowns. If not now, when?
