@ovadiayosefrocks: Should not delay a wedding. You do a small chuppah now, with immediate family. Minyan consists of immediate families of the chosson and kallah (fathers, brothers). Wear masks. Then in 2 years when this is hopefully over, you do a bigger celebration.
