Which news outlet one follows does not matter here., It only matters if they cannot do math themselves. Take any official count, and tell us how this country is in good shape. Additionally, a lot of the testing is reactive, not proactive. (There is still no cohesive plan how to test and track cases.) Factor in the geography of the various hot spots, and the country as a whole is in a really bad spot. It seems like it is up to regional groups. (Like the northeast Governors joining together. The Great Lake Region and the Pacific Coast States.) Or each Governor for themeself.
