I think there will be some frsud. Look at what happened in Paterson New Jersey. However, that is least of potential problems. The millions of manual ballots would have to be hand counted. If you don’t think that won’t take time, look at what happened n.v ed in only 1 congressional district in NY. It took nearly 2 months to certify her win , thousands of mailin ballots were thrown out and her opponent is suing. Regardless who wins the Presidential election, the loser will call for a recount. By law, the Electoral College has a deadline of mid December. There is no way an original manual count and recount can take place in 6 weeks.
