the Overton Window has been shifted so far toward “Woke” insanity that in some cases, views that not even a decade ago were still considered well within the mainstream (and even espoused by Democrats as prominent as Bill and Hillary Clinton, Paul Krugman and Barack Obama) are now dismissed as “far right”. As with “racism”, “sexism”, and any number of other epithets used to shut-down discussion and enforce dogma, to use “far-right” unironically (or at least without considerable qualification) is to adopt the language of the enemy. Once one has done that, one has conceded.
