Yserbius- you can’t receive the virus from touching spittle unless you stick your fingers in your mouth or do so indirectly. If you are careful to wash your hands after touching your mask, or better yet before touching your face you have a better chance at staying protected.
Also, the person with a virus and a mask is still spraying particles at you, and you are still inhaling them thru your mask as they are smaller than the holes.
If the whole point of thousands of people wearing masks is to make thousands of others happy as you say, and not because it’s actually useful, than calling them murderers and causing such tremendous machlokes about it is unforgiveable.
I don’t think I agree with your premise as i have heard differently from the medical professionals, but you also seem to have picked your mantra and wish to run with it despite that.
