In addition he has gone to great lengths to keep his business affairs private. As such Believing them is a form of accepting is accepting Motzi Shem Ra and spreading them constitutes spreading Motzi Shem Ra.
(Again this is as opposed to Clinton who actually admitted to his wrongdoing in Court)
c) The Republican Stance is that Federal Courts have no right to decide these matters, it is for the States.
