B’H, We now have a Consevative SCOTUS. But the reality is, because I’ve done it myself, it takes years to get that far.
So there are many Lib Judges & many Lib Appeals courts, so the Best thing is to Make Sure there is No Such Law in the First Place.
If the Gov. turns Totally Lib, not one Repub. Majority, the Gov. will Make this Law to Appease their Voters!
