Louie Gohmert just told a Federal Disctrict Court Judge in Texas that Pence had refused to cooperate with their lawsuit that would allow him to unilaterally select electors from disputed states and that he would not be willing to submit any responses to the Court on an expedited briefing schedule in order to have a decision in time for the January 6th electoral vote count.
