Charlie: I believe that since 40% of New Yorkers are concentrated (in close proximity) in NYC, and a nice chunk in New York’s suburban areas that are pretty dense population-wise — which means easy access to medical centers and hospitals for most in the state — being
25th or so when it comes to vaccinating its population is really pretty dismal.
