nowadays they make almost all the retzuos with the shellac. and the reason that you dont know about this is since all the sofrim are ignoring the issue BUT rav shmuel kamenetsky rav shlomo miller rav dovid feinstein rav yaakov forcheimer rav moshe sternbauch rav feivel cohen are NOT agreeing to this heter so everyone is being tricked! rabbi reisman and rabbi kleinman tried to fight this but they were shut down by all the sofrim.
