Reply To: Most retzuos are passul!

The reason why no one knows about this issue is because the shellac peels from the retzuah and underneath it is perfectly kosher so they can’t understand the problem additionally they then show it to their sofer and he says that it’s fine so everyone forgets about it. BUT rav Yisroel reisman and rav Daniel kleinman are saying that this method of making retzuos is new and its passul so why are they doing this to Klal Yisroel?? So ask your local posek what he paskened. But I repeat most people don’t know about this issue
