It’s very simple. All those dozens of different foods are just mayonnaise with different flavorings. So it’s just a matter of deciding how you want your mayo flavored. Dill, mushroom, olive,etc…. Basically all the same thing.
Shabbos dips are the biggest scam. Charging $4-$5 for a little tub of flavored mayo which cost 35 cents to produce is ridiculous.
