The six are accused of attacking a 21-year-old Nesher resident during the riots during the “Guardian of the Walls” and setting fire to the scooter he was riding. Molotov cocktails were then thrown at his friend who had come to help. Ran Diamant, a messenger who was also attacked by the six, told Ynet: “A difficult event, I thought I would die”
In a conversation with Ynet, Diamant said: “When they honked behind me and gave gas, I realized that they were looking for violence and wanted to just fall on Jews. They were about to get on me with the car. I got on the sidewalk with the scooter and I stopped. They gave brakes. Then Arabs began coming out from all the doors. I said to myself, ‘What am I doing now?’ I was thinking of trying to fight back and defend myself. ”“I told them ‘I’m just a courier and a worker, what do you want?'” Diamant added. “They kept cursing and beating me. I did not return them and did not curse. I hoped they would move on. They were looking for me to push them to trample me.”
