We just don’t know any long term side effects from this vaccine what can you not understand? The only way to know is after years. And since there is no quick way to test that out only time will tell. One thing we do know is that the vaccine loses efficacy very quickly maybe just around 6 months and already is showing that it doesn’t protect against other strains. With people at high risk it is a difficult decision whether to risk the virus or vaccine. With everyone else you need to use your common sense.
