Check and top off oil, antifreeze and, other fluids, fill tires with air and change a flat tire, a dead bulb these are not repairs they are basics and the manual in the car explains these things. Repairs like changing a belt or alternator, radiator do need special tools and a little knowledge, other things need diagnostics before repairs.
