RE – On Erev Yom Kippur – I heard the Klausenburg Rebbe talking about this. He said YK is like Purim.
I didn’t stay to hear the whole thing.
There’s a lot of Torah on this subject. Purim is Avodah from Ahava, while YK is from Yira.
Btw – This is before he moved to Netanya.
