Chinese hospitalizations in September 2021 from COVID are DOWN over 88 percent compared with September 2020…..While I don’t have hard data, I suspect if you asked Rebbitzen Dini Freundlich who runs Dini’s restaurant in Beijing (and who I can personally attest makes an outstanding chulent) she will tell you her costs have skyrocketed in the past year.
