Peking duck is not a type of duck but a way of cooking it in Chinese cuisine. Mallard duck is a type of wild duck and thus might present problems with kashrus as they tend to ingest items that cause internal injuries. As I understand it, the common domesticated ducks reared on commercial farms are kosher and therefore so are the eggs.
