The Berdichever ztz’l explains that when we are happy doing teshuva, mitzvas and maasim tovim, we make Hashem also happy and ?? ????? ?? ?????? ??, so one who stretches his hand towards the Heaven will be answered as Yom Kippur where teshuva is done from fear.
