The killed people? You have to prove that they were intentionally murdered. Even if you have a proof for 4 cases, it does not extend to the thousands others.
How do you know that the buses can not go in because of the Russians, the Ukrainian nationalists and neo-Nazis (“Azov” battalion) may prevent them from going in to create an atrocities narrative. Random Ukrainians appearing in the media may be Ukrainian security services agents.
