People think that Torah Jews are automatically aligned with the right when in fact, the Torah is neither aligned with the right or the left and therefore the position of chareidi Jews would be the party or coalition that is most as possible aligned with their values, and this can be the left or the right( same goes in USA) . Rob Ovadia has written halachic responsa on this and every word and action, the great sage did was halachically calculated.
