Regarding the second one I have some anecdotal evidence. I think it was the great-great-great-grandson of Moron HaRav Elyashiv זצוק”ל, cam to ask if this illustrious forebear would serve as Sandak. This was a Tekufa that Moron did not make his time available to take the Mitzvah of Sandakois.
