The only point relevant here is that this third-world style persecution pioneered by those in power in Venezuela, Russia, Cuba, China and Iran and picked up by the Democrats in power in the US attempting to use government power to “prosecute” their political enemy based on a novel legal theory for an act that occurred 7 years ago and the DA in office at the time didn’t prosecute and the newly elected Democrat hack DA also decided wasn’t prosecution material, despite having overtly campaigned for the office of DA promising to persecute his party’s political enemy, until his far left woke constituency demanded he reverse his decision not to prosecute, to which he complied.
