Perhaps, if extra terrestrials can levitate then they can ve included in the broad term, ??? ?????, in which case they are certainly Kosher, not being mentioned in the list of 20. (Even if they are ???? it shouldn’t matter since those Simanim are merely an observation — by Noach, according to Tosafos — but not a Halacha.)
If anything, you can say that they remain in the original prohibition of Adam Harishon, who wasn’t allowed to eat any living creature until Noach earned it by saving them. Extra terrestrial creatures were not part of that grant of ??? ???? ?????.
