If G-d said in one breath to bind something on your heart and on your soil and then in another breath says and bind it on your right hand it’s _obvously_ symbolism I mean what could “binding” it on your heart mean. Symbolism. Like for real. Why don’t we have an entire chapter and ritual on how to bind it on your heart.
