Those guys better be careful. One day they might say it to, or be overheard by someone who subsequently opens a sexual harassment case. I had to take training in these issues as mandated by the coprorate big shots in my company for all employees. Anything that can lead to a “hostile work environment” which is what your case sounds like, can become troublesome for an employer. THAT was the legal perspective. Hopefully this will stop before it becomes a federal case.
