the leaders are just as blind as the follows. they were born into it and know no better. the previous generation of leaders (the developers of this sheker, knew better and they were in the category of those who lead one astray). todays leaders have an absolute zero understanding of Judaism. essentially, they are not smart enough (uneducated) to be called reshoyim.
