Yid613- Obviously, you are not the owner of the school and are in the same situation as the teachers and other staff. You’re attitude and anger, however, is misdirected..it should be against the owners of your school, not the children and parents. If I were you, I’d go back to the “comfortable well paying job” you had before when you were happy. The parents and children are not the cause of your matzav.
