If one could exempt himself from any liability for serving alcohol to minors by citing religious beliefs, I’d expect every college fraternity to call itself a Jewish organization, and move Rush Week to Purim time. That way they could avoid any liability for any crimes/ hospitalizations that result from minors drinking.
