Anon yes! That happened last summer when the union contract went into negotitations. We were required to cancel all vacations and we would have been working 12 hour shifts every day (obviously I would have gotten off for shabbos) and need to stay on site if requested. Thankfully, they extended the deadline and worked out a contract.
