frumgirl ny- all smokers know it kills. your not enlightening anyone. they continue to smoke because they are ADDICTED! me and you dont understand it but obviously nicotine is very hard to quit. i have read alan carrs book, the easy way to quit smoking and would suggest it to smokers out there
