keepentertained-don’t know if this will help with quick 1 week weight loss after that delicious menu you just posted, but here are some ideas:
Eat in moderation
At every meal stop eating before you are full
Eat a lot of fruits and vegies–make these your only snacks
Vigorous excersice at least 30-50 min each day
