goody613: Try this i once heared a shiur.. and the speaker spoke about tefillah he said there are times that a person doesn’t have patience to daven… or can’t concentrate.. a person should never give up! bec. these are just eras.. nisoyins.. he gave a good idea… before davening tell yourself… ok today i will have kevuna by oshrie… take one kapital at a time. and then youll see after a while it will get better.. also of course ask hashem to help u concentrate!!!! thats the first step !
