ronrsr, exactly. My kids’ LL Bean backpacks cost more than no-name backpacks, but I know that if they fall apart I can call for a shipping label & get a new one free of charge. Plus they can be personalized for no extra charge.
How much are Kipling briefcases anyways? I’ve heard of them but they aren’t very popular here.
