The Court means the Judge. The Judge in the case has seen the evidence to initiate the arrest warrant.
All that happened was, the evidence was not handed over to the Defense Team. They are stalling and putting up barriers for the Prosecution.
But, hey it’s up to each person to judge people as they see fit.
