in regard to helmets- it saved me big time when i was a kid! the doctors said if not for the helmet, i was wearing while riding my bike, i might not have made it!
(i used to barely wear a helmet when i rode my bike, my mother always had to beg me to wear it! the day of that accident, was the first time in months that i had worn my helmet! Chasdi Hashem!)
