Another safety tip for our children (parents as well), is to get a flu shot. I used to think it was ridiculous, until I got the flu shot, and didn’t get sick that whole season, which is incredible seeing as I was always getting sick easily. Ask your pediatrician about it, on how the risks outweigh the benefits, and what to expect, and any other information you may want to know more about.
