2009, with all due respect, mentioning any names will automatically lessen the stature of others who were not mentioned. I don’t think this is desirable from any point of view. Plus, since many if not all of these people are still alive, I think their permission should be asked before their names are plastered on a web site. Since this by definition is impossible, let’s drop the subject. If you still need to know for curiosity’s sake, just ask around….
