1. I do a short stretch before I run ( only a couple minutes worth), just to loosen up a bit so I’m not stiff anywhere when I run.

After a run I do at least 20 minutes worth of stretching.

2. My warm up is basically walking to the park where I do my run. I usually cool down from my walk back, and my stretching.
